Start Using SMS Alerts

Before you can begin using any of the SMS alerts on Online Banking, there are several steps you will need to complete:

  1. Have a mobile phone number registered - SMS services can only be requested and received by the registered mobile number. Your mobile phone number should be registered when you apply for Internet Banking access. You can check your registered number at any time via the View Personal Details option on the Home screen.
  2. Have the SMS alerts registered - to register for SMS alerts, click the Alerts Settings option on the View menu.
