BPAY Alerts
If you have registered for BPAY View ® with any billers, the Alerts Settings screen allows you to set up alerts about your bills. An SMS alert can be requested to let you know that:
- a new bill has been received from a biller
To request a new BPAY Alert
- Go to the Alerts Settings menu (available under the View menu option)
- Select the Action menu icon for the New BPAY View Bill alert
- Select the Register option
- The Alert Preferences screen will display
- Tick the "SMS to my mobile number" checkbox and confimr your mobile number displayed
- Click the Register button
To delete a BPAY Alert
- Go to the Alerts Settings menu (available under the View menu option)
- Select the Action menu icon for the New BPAY View Bill alert
- Select the De-Register option
- The Alert Preferences screen will display
- Click the De-Register button
