Your Messages

Certain events within Internet Banking will trigger important information messages for your attention. These events will generally occur between your sessions, for example unsuccessful log on attempts or the failure of a future-dated payment.

These important messages will be shown to you on the Your Messages screen after you log on (or after you accept the terms and conditions and/or change you Personal Access Code if these are required) and before you see the Home screen.

These messages can be reviewed during this logon session from the Important Messages under View menu.

Once you log off these messages will be automatically deleted.

Unsuccessful Log On Attempts

For added security, the most recent failed Log On attempts are displayed upon successfully logging on. This step is to ensure you are aware of unsuccessful log on attempts that have been performed on your profile since your last successful log on.
