A Delegated User is a person established to act on your behalf on one or more of your accounts via Internet Banking. The description of this user and the dates within which they can act on your behalf, can be fully customised by you. The Edit Delegated User screen is where you can edit the following details for each of your Delegated Users:

• Description - this is used by you to identify different individual users within Internet Banking
• From Date - this is the date that access to Internet Banking will start for this Delegated User
• End Date - this is the date that access to Internet Banking will cease for this Delegated User
