Set or Reset Delegated User Password

The Set / Reset Delegated User Password screen is used to create and manage the password for any Delegated Users attached to your Internet Banking profile.

To create / reset a Delegated User password:

When a new delegated user is created, if you are the creator you will need to set their temporary password before they can access Internet Banking:

  1. Click on the Users option from the Users drop down menu of Internet Banking.
  2. From the action menu of the relevant user select the Set Password ( for new users) or Reset Password ( for existing users) option
  3. The Reset Delegated User Password screen will display
  4. Enter the new temporary password.
  5. Type the temporary password again in the Retype password field.
  6. Click Change.
