The Message Received screen displays your received secure mail messages and offers the ability to send a reply. It will also display the time and date that the secure mail was received.

When you reply to a secure mail, that message will be sent to BOQ's Customer Contact Centre and responded to as promptly as possible.

To view a received mail item:

1. Click the Messages menu in Internet Banking
2. Select View Messages – the View Messages screen will display
3. Select the relevant message in your Inbox list.
4. The Message Received screen will open displaying details of the received message.
