Viewing Secure Mail
The Messages menu is your Internet Banking inbox, or mail box. It will present the list of incoming secure mail items. If you have selected the Sent option, a list of your sent secure mail items will be displayed.
Note: your new secure mail messages, including replies to any enquiries you make, will also appear in the Alerts area on the Home screen.

Opens a new secure mail message for you to contact the BOQ Customer Contact Centre
Delete All
To remove all messages in your mailbox
Delete Selected
To remove all of the messages you have selected in your mailbox
Refresh
Refresh the mail list
