Disable Access

Disable Access

If you need to stop your access to Internet Banking for any reason, the Disable Access function will achieve this for you.

If you choose to disable your access, your current session will be terminated immediately and you will be unable to Log On again until a new password is issued.

Disabling your access will not affect access for any Delegated Users or Authorisers on your Internet Banking profile.

If your access to Internet Banking has been disabled and you are unable to access the system, please contact your branch during business hours, or call the Customer Contact Centre on 1300 55 72 72, visit www.boq.com.au/contact-us for our operating hours.

To disable access:

  1. Click on the View Personal Details icon available on the tool ribbon on the right hand side of the screen under the main menu.
  2. Click on the Disable Access tab
  3. Click the Continue button
  4. A message will prompt you to confirm that you are sure you wish to continue. Click OK to continue and disable your access.
