Different processing and cutoff times apply to financial transactions depending on the type of transaction, the account the transaction is requested from and the account the transaction is going to. For all BPAY ^® payments requested, the cutoff time is 6.00 pm (AEST) on a BOQ business day* for the transaction to be processed the same day.

The following table will help you to understand when your BPAY payment will be processed.

* A business day is defined as any day on which BOQ head office is open for business that is also a day on which banks in Melbourne or Sydney are able to affect settlement through the Reserve Bank of Australia.

** Account means a Transaction Account, Savings Account, Investment Account, Loan Account, Line of Credit Account, Business Account, Cheque Account, or another non-credit card account.

*** During NSW Daylight Savings Time period the cutoff will be 5.00pm (AEST).
