Access to International and RTGS Payments

The Registration Required screen displays when you click either on the Intl. Payments/RTGS menu option and you do not have any accounts registered to complete an International Payment.

To register one or all of your eligible accounts for International and RTGS Payments you will need to click on the Register button.

If you have already completed an International Payment or RTGS payment via a BOQ branch/Internet Banking for the account you wish to make the payment from you will not need to complete the online International and RTGS Payment registration process.

Please note that to complete an International Payment or RTGS Payment you will be required to generate an authorisation code from a BOQ Security Token. If you do not already have a BOQ Security Token assigned to your Internet Banking profile, you can obtain a Security Token (Soft Token) by either calling our Customer Contact Centre on 1300 55 72 72 between 8:00am - 5:00pm AEDT, Monday to Friday and 7:00am - 3:00pm AEDT on Saturday (excludes Public Holidays), sending a secure mail message requesting a Security Token (Soft Token) or visiting a BOQ Branch. The Please Confirm your International/RTGS Payment Instructions screen will provide step by step instructions on how to generate and enter this code.
