The Confirm Payments File Upload Details screen will be shown after the Upload button is clicked on the Payments File Upload screen. This screen provides you with an opportunity to review your file upload instructions.

Please check you payment details carefully before proceeding.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all the account details you provide are correct or your payment may be unsuccessful or may be paid to an unintended account.

BOQ does not check that the details you provide are correct (i.e. name and account number match), and relies solely on the account number details provided to process your transaction.

Token authentication

All Payments File Uploads require additional authentication through the use of the BOQ Security Token. The Confirm Payments Files Upload Details screen will provide you with step by step instructions on how to generate and enter the authentication code.

If you have access to upload a payments file but do not currently have a BOQ Security Token please obtain a BOQ Security Token.
